OSCVI Community Auditorium
OSCVI Community Auditorium
 Part of Bluewater District School Board, the OSCVI Community Auditorium is a professionally designed, multi-use theatre, housed in the East Ridge Community School (ERC).  Users will find the facility easy to use, comfortable, air-conditioned and has great sound quality.

There are two performance spaces that may be used.  The larger is the 750 seat theatre (OSCVI Community Auditorium) with retractable seating.  This allows the space to be used with a banquet style setup.  The smaller theatre (Atrium) can accommodate 250.  It is used for smaller events ie. wedding ceremony or for intermissions during larger events in the Auditorium.

If you wish to book either, please complete the “Booking Request Form”.  Renters will also need to provide proof of $2 million liability insurance with Bluewater District School Board listed as an additional insured at least two weeks prior to the event.

The first concert of the season features our own Hor Section: Melanie Kearns, Jamie McCormack, Susan Klages, and Doug Mainland.  They will perfom H. Hubler's Concerto for Four Horns.  The celebration of the horn continues as the orchestra presents Tchakovsky's Fifth Symphony with it's beautiful French horn solo.

The GBS presents Shostakovich's Piano Concerto with our guest artist, the mutiple award winning young Canadian pianist, Viven Chen.  The orchestra will perform Dvorak's most famous work and one of the most famous symphonies of all time the "New World Symphony".  Neil Armstong took a recording of it to the moon with him.

The final concert of the season features Toronto Symphony Ochestra Concert Master, Jonathan Crow.  Crow is an internationally sought after solist and recording artist, Associate Professor of Violin at the U of T and Artistic Director of Toronto Summer Music.  We are excited to be able to brin him to our stage.
