Saugeen Track and Field Club
The Saugeen Track and Field club holds indoor training practices for all track and field disciplines.  STFC athletes compete at the provincial, national, and international level throughout the year.  STFC is a member of Athletics Canada and Athletics Ontario.  School gymnasiums are used for indoor training sessions during the winter.

Junior Youth Empowerment Program
The Junior Youth Empowerment Program seeks to assist those between the ages of 12 and 14 to navigate a crucial stage in life, involving them in social interaction with older youth, molding their capacities for service so as to empower them to direct their energies toward the advancement of their communities.
