RENTALS

Renting a school facility is a simple 4-step process:

STEP 1:

Choose a facility and location that will suit your needs.  The schools across Bluewater District School Board boast excellent facilities such as the state of the art performance facility at OSCVI, along with classrooms, gymnasiums, auditoriums, libraries and meeting rooms! You may also access our Not-For-Profit Fees and Commercial Fees.

STEP 2:

Request a school facility using the fast and easy on-line permitting system.  To access the on-line system, please click here.

STEP 3:

Approval - Once a request is approved, you will be issued a permit with the details of your event,
including facility costs (if applicable) and an estimate of operational costs.

STEP 4:

Payment - At the conclusion of your event, you will receive an invoice with the actual costs incurred.  Please pay promptly.
