The following items were presented:

Let’s Learn Kindergarten Registrations are taking place and will continue until the end of November.  
Ongoing planning is occurring with CCAC and our speech-language pathologists
Area Resource Teachers have held new Learning Resource Teacher (LRTs) sessions and IEP training for all LRTs.
Child and Youth Workers (CYW) will be placed by Keystone in each secondary school as an extension of WRAP.
The 4 full day sessions for positive behaviour supports training are underway.  
An Alternative Report Card has been designed to work with the IEP Engine.  
Helen Wemp mentioned that Bluewater is the only Board working with other Ministries and is one of the few Boards that have provided SEAC with training.
The Special Education Plan will continue with amendments for the next 3 years.
We have received Ministry approval for all of our Section 23 classrooms.
SEAC brochure has been distributed to the system.
Agenda Items:
SEAC received an overview of the CODE program for last year.  We are to receive $110,000 for the 2007-2008 school year.
PPM 140 was highlighted along with the Implementation Plan for PPM 140.  Training started last April.
Dorene Taylor gave an overview of the diabetes procedure.  There were no changes made to the procedure by SEAC.
