Office Professional Supply List Appliation Procedure
  
The BWDSB Office Professional Supply List is primarily used to replace staff in schools offices for short term supply days or temporary assignments. On occasion it is used to fill an absence or for a specific project in one of the administration offices (BWDSB Education Centre in Chesley or Hanover Satellite Office). Opportunities occasionally arise that require specific skills such as accounting, payroll, purchasing, information technology, etc.

How to apply?

Resumes will be accepted throughout the year.  Interest applicants may submit a resume and cover letter to:

Applications will be kept on file for the current school year and will be destroyed prior to September of each year.

Selection and training process

The selection process is designed to assess individual's knowledge, skills and abilities and is held three times a year.  In order to be eligible for the next training session (November 2012), applications must be received by July 31, 2012.

To ensure that all Office Professional Supply staff are well equipped to deal with the demands of our schools and administrative centre a mandatory training process (held in November, January and April), including a job shadowing session, a full day of training and a final mentoring day, will follow the interview process and is required for inclusion on the supply list.
