15.      SUBMISSION AND AVAILABILITY OF BOARD PLAN

The Bluewater District School Board’s Special Education Plan is available to the public. The public is informed about the availability of this plan through:

•     the board website www.bwdsb.on.ca 

•     school newsletters (September of each year)
•     a checklist from the Director of the Bluewater District School Board that confirms that the school board’s Special Education Plan is being submitted in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 306 and of this policy document
