Karate
Ryusei Karate-Do is a traditional style of karate that combines the punches, kicks, strikes and blocks typical of karate as well as throws, joint locks and pressure point tactics. Focus on self-defense and realizing individual potential in martial arts. Not a sports-oriented group.
