Upon Completion of the Beginner Driver Education Program:
The Ministry of Transportation uses an electronic on-line certification system. All students successfully completing the course will be certified with the MTO. Students requiring proof of course completion must attend at a Driver & Vehicle Licence Issuing Office and request a Driver's Licence History Search. The Driver's Licence History provides proof of successful completion and graduation from a BDE course and is widely recognized by the insurance industry as proof of course completion. BDE Graduates with a Driver's License History may be eligible for an insurance discount. (There is a fee for the Driver Licence History Search of approximately $12.00).
