Virus, umbrella, question markAll Bluewater District School Board students, staff, and essential visitors must complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire daily at home and before leaving for the school/worksite.  Please note that we continue to use the provincial screening tool outlined below.  Any documentation we share provided by Grey Bruce Public Health is intended to supplement (or support) the provincial tool.

The Ministry of Education may direct school boards and schools to perform daily on-site confirmation of self-screening, such as during a period of potential higher transmission (for example, after a holiday period).  During these periods, students in Grades 4-12 will provide their confirmation of self-screening verbally to their teacher.  Parents/guardians of students in kindergarten to Grade 3 will be required to complete and sign the form below for each child and return it to school daily during this period.

Anyone who is sick or has any symptoms of illness, including those not listed in the online screening tool, should stay home and seek assessment from their health care provider if needed.
