Students Recreate Famous Works of Art

Some senior art students are not allowing the limitations of physical distancing to stifle their creativity! Kate Carder-Thompson's visual arts class students at John Diefenbaker Senior School in Hanover have been completing the "Getty Museum Challenge", which involves recreating well known works of art using any household items of their choosing. View our photo gallery below contrasting the students' recreations with the original art pieces.
Bluewater District School Board is located on the traditional land of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation, which is represented by the communities of Saugeen First Nation and Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation.
