Registration sessions will be held in school prior to course start dates. Students should listen to announcements for dates and times. Please ensure both Student and Parent/Guardian signatures have been completed on both forms.

What happens on a Snow Day?  If buses are cancelled so will the in-class portion of Beginner Driver Education for that day. Students are to show up to the next scheduled class at which point their instructor will notify them when the make-up class will take place.

Community School Membership Fees (CSMF)
Recreation groups and community organizations under a volunteer leader may use facilities regularly.

Walkerton Illusions Cheerleading Club

Cheerleading instruction/practice includes: active play, dance, tumbling and stunts for boys and girls age 4-18.  Groups are divided into differentl levels based on age and skill.  Higher level athletes participate in competitions outside of our area.  All levels participate in Christmas Parades in local communities and yearend recital at WDCS.

After School Club

Roots After-hours is an extension of the program called Bold Torches. An after school program for Grades 1-8.  Where we will play games, do some science experiments and activities and learn about how to deal with everyday problems and building of our character from a Christian perspective.  If you have any questions fell free to reach out.  You can register your child online at our website or you can request a form.

Cooking Classes
The class is hands on: students work on different recipes during the class and then we sample everything with a full plate of food at the end of the class. They get all the recipes and often some leftovers to take home.

Midwestern Ontario Rotary Music Festival
An opportunity for performers to share their musical talent and gifts of self expression. It is an opportunity for all to enjoy so many musical art forms - soloists in all disciplines: school and community choirs, bands, musical theater, drama monolog, Shakespeare, piano duos, handbells, pipe organ, dance and so much more. The festival ends with the Highlights concert on May 2nd.
