New Build - KDSS

Bluewater District School Board was approved for funding by the Ministry of Education to support a new Kincardine District Senior School, under the 2019 – 2020 Capital Priorities Grant program. The ministry has committed $26,450,989 in funding to build a school to replace the current Kincardine District Senior School.

The Capital Priorities Funding will support a new school with the on-the-ground capacity of 881 students. This funding will address existing school condition and the expected future accommodation pressures for Grades 7-12 in the Kincardine area.
