Addressing Parent and Community Concerns

It is important for the community and the board to establish trusting relationships.
This relationship is built on effective, ongoing communication. Bluewater District School Board recognizes that questions or concerns may arise from time to time and believes that a clear, respectful process helps facilitate positive dialogue and timely resolution.

The following visuals outline general guidelines for addressing concerns at the school or board level. For complete details, please refer to Administrative Procedure 1604-D: Communications – Addressing Parent / Community Concerns.
