Bluewater District School Board is committed to providing a safe, accepting, and caring learning environment that honours the diversity of our communities.  As a system, we actively seek input from students, staff, families, and community on matters of achievement and well-being.  We have created a ThoughtExchange to help support these efforts related to equity.

A ThoughtExchange allows you to anonymously offer ideas on the following prompt:

We want to create schools that are inclusive and safe, and that allow students from all backgrounds and identities to belong.  What is the work needed to make that happen?

You are encouraged to support other ideas that have been submitted up until the deadline on June 23, 2023.  Please return as often as you wish to support new ideas.
