Transportation update for 2026-2027 school year. New Edulog Parent Portal App! Shared School Services Transportation logo.Edulog Parent Portal App

We are introducing a new transportation app to make it easier to manage your child’s busing information.
This app includes several helpful features, such as:

  • Adjustable alerts when the bus is nearby and approaching your student's stop

  • Service updates for delays or route changes to your student’s schedule

  • Your student's schedule displayed in one place

  • Updated mapping visuals of your student's bus stop

  • Easy sign up and registry for opt in transportation

To get started, please follow the instructions in the one-pager or watch the short video. Both resources walk you through how to download the app, create your account, and request ride registration.

The most important step is to opt in for transportation for each child. Students will not be assigned to a route unless this step is completed.

FAQs

What should I do if my student does not appear in the Student List tab on the app?

If you do not see your student right away, please try pressing the refresh button on the top left of the Student List tab. If you still don't see your students, please wait up to an hour and check again. THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD A STUDENT MANUALLY.

Are there other ways to opt in or receive route updates?

The Edulog Parent Portal app is the primary way to opt your student in to transportation and the only way to receive timely, interactive updates about your student’s bus routes.

If you do not have access to the app, we are working on an alternative opt in option and will share details with families over the summer.

Why can’t I see route information after opting in?

After you have completed the opt-in process, route details will not appear right away. Routes are developed and uploaded in stages, and information is typically available by mid-July.
If you are registered in the app, you will receive a notification as soon as your child’s route information is ready to view.

How do summer school office closures affect transportation enquiries?

If you notice any issues, such as missing student information, incorrect details, or a missing or incomplete approval status, please note that many school offices are closed from the second week of July until mid-August. During this time, schools may not be able to respond to transportation-related questions.

Do walkers need to register on the Edulog Parent Portal?

It is not necessary for walking students to register.
