Students in Bluewater District School Board's (BWDSB's) Adult Education program from the class of 2024 are moving onward and upward!
An ecstatic group of 76 graduates were honoured in the auditorium at East Ridge Community School during this year's Adult Education Graduation on Wednesday, June 19. Supportive family members and friends were on hand to fill the house, celebrate, and capture on camera the evening's special moments as each graduate traversed the stage to receive their Ontario Secondary School Diploma.
To kick off the sequence of formal recognition activities, BWDSB staff and trustee representatives shared welcome remarks and well wishes with the graduates and families. What followed was a heartfelt message injected with humour and optimism by valedictorian Keynan Stewart prior to the presentation of diplomas and a reception.
BWDSB congratulates the approximately 200 Adult Education graduates from the class of 2024 and extends best wishes for success as they move forward in their future pursuits!
