Bluewater District School Board has surpassed another milestone in supporting the Terry Fox Foundation. Recently, a plaque from the foundation was received recognizing over $950,000 raised in our schools supporting cancer research since the foundation's inception. We estimate that we will reach the $1,000,000 milestone next year!

He pushed himself to the limit both physically and mentally to help find a cure for cancer while setting an example of perseverance, empathy, courage, and never giving up – values that are still so relevant today.
