October 2 is National Custodial Worker’s Recognition Day! Bluewater District School Board takes this opportunity to say "thank you" to the many dedicated and hardworking custodial and maintenance staff in our schools and work sites.
From the daily cleaning, hygiene, and upkeep of our facilities, to those important odd jobs that crop up unexpectedly, our system could not function without the handiwork, expertise, and quick thinking of these highly versatile and skilled employees.
The positive experiences of our students, staff, families, community groups, and all others who enter our schools, work sites, and properties can be attributed, in large part, to our custodial and maintenance staff.
Please join us today, and ANY day of the year, to thank and share your appreciation with a custodian and/or maintenance worker for everything they do to ensure excellence in our learning and working environments.
