At the Awards Ceremony, members of Team Bluewater were recognized for their exceptional discoveries in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.

Canada Wide Science Fair - Special Awards:
Egis Resilient Communities Award – Tristan Traynor and Aniruddh Tokekar, “Bin There, Sorted That! A Recycle Waste Sorter Using AI,” Kincardine District Senior School

Canada Wide Science Fair - Excellence Award - Silver Medal:
Jack Lang, “Thinking Inside the Box: An Investigation into the Aerodynamic Efficiency of Box-Wings,” Sullivan Community School

Canada Wide Science Fair Finalist:
Olivia Andrusiak, “Decomposing the Secrets of Plastic,” St. Anthony’s Catholic School

The BRSTF would not be possible without the assistance of many volunteer judges and sponsors. The committee would like to thank the many CWSF Team sponsors and looks forward to another exciting science fair season. Students from Grades 4 to 12 are invited to participate at the 2027 BRSTF, taking place Wednesday, March 31 (Grades 7-12) and Wednesday, April 7 (Grades 4-6).
