We are pleased to share that there is no longer the potential threat of strike action impacting local school bus services in the foreseeable future.
An agreement has been reached, which is to be ratified today, between the union (Unifor Local 4268) and the employer (First Student Canada) for school bus drivers in the Kincardine area.
This is in addition to yesterday's agreement that was reached and ratified for First Student Owen Sound area drivers.
We hope this positive news provides a sense of relief and certainty for our many families who rely on bus transportation for their children each day.
