On behalf of the Board of Trustees and senior leadership team, we would like to thank and acknowledge everyone in our Bluewater District School Board communities for contributing to student growth, success, and well-being in 2023-2024!

As the school year wraps up, we celebrate our collective work and progress in nurturing safe, accepting, equitable, and inclusive schools and work sites, where every student and employee can excel and achieve their best. Our staff in their many roles across our system have been instrumental in this work. Credit also goes to our students, parents/guardians, families, trustees, partners, and volunteers.

Congratulations to our 2024 graduates, whether in kindergarten, Grade 8, Grade 12, or a specialized program! May your future pathways shine brightly with opportunity as you advance on your learning journey. Exciting new experiences also await our retiring staff, whom we bid farewell and honour for their dedicated years of service and excellence.

We leave you with this photo carousel of some of the many system-level highlights in Bluewater over the past 10 months. This ‘snapshot’ is by no means exhaustive. For a more fulsome view of activities and accomplishments in our schools from September to June, please visit us on Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn.

School may be out, but summer is especially busy for our staff maintaining operations and preparing for our 2024-2025 return. We send them a special ‘thank you!’

No matter what plans or tasks you have lined up for the next two months, we wish you a very safe, relaxing, and fun-filled summer!
