Bluewater District School Board Invites Public Input for 2026 – 2027 Budget

Chesley, ON – Bluewater District School Board is inviting the public to participate in the 2026 – 2027 budget planning process. An online survey has been launched for students, parents/guardians, staff, and other community members to share feedback that will assist the Board of Trustees in identifying priorities for the efficient, effective, and equitable use of board resources.

The survey is open from now until Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. at this link or on the board website at www.bwdsb.on.ca. Through a short series of questions, participants are able to rank the importance of programs and services for allocating resources and provide suggestions for additional investment.

Any interested participants who require another survey format can send their request by email to [email protected] or phone 226-908-5753.

Members of the public will also have an opportunity to present their ideas for the 2026 – 2027 budget at the Business and Facilities Standing Committee meeting on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. For further details on making a presentation, please contact Bluewater District School Board by email or phone as outlined above. Presenters will be required to confirm their request and provide a copy of their presentation by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026.
