Part of Bluewater District School Board, the OSCVI Community Auditorium is a professionally designed, multi-use theatre, housed in the East Ridge Community School (ERC). Users will find the facility easy to use, comfortable, air-conditioned and provides great acoustics.

There are two performance spaces that may be used. The larger is the 750 seat theatre (OSCVI Community Auditorium) with retractable seating. This allows the space to be used with a banquet style setup. The smaller theatre (Atrium) can accommodate 250. It is used for smaller events such as a wedding ceremony, or intermissions during larger events in the Auditorium.

Renters will also need to provide proof of $2 million liability insurance with Bluewater District School Board listed as an additional insured at least two weeks prior to the event.
