Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten In-Person Registration Events

During the month of October, Kindergarten In-Person Registration events are happening at Bluewater District School Board schools for children starting kindergarten in September 2025.

To ensure a smooth and seamless process, it is strongly recommended that parents/guardians who plan to attend one of these events with their child:

1) contact the school in advance; and

2) follow the steps below (under How to Register) to begin the online registration process in advance of the event.

How to Register

Kindergarten registration in Bluewater District School Board is as easy as following these steps!

STEP 1: Find the closest eligible area school for your child to attend by visiting this link.  

STEP 2: Click here to access our list of elementary schools.

STEP 3: Start the online registration process at this link. 

STEP 4: The following documents will be required to complete registration:
                 • Proof of birth
                 • Proof of address
                 • Proof of custody, if applicable
                 • Immigration documents, if required
                 • Immunization records
