A Preview of the New Georgian Bay Community School

In September 2021, the new Georgian Bay Community School (GBCS) will open its doors to students and staff for the first time. The Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12 facility, which is located at 555 St. Vincent Street in Meaford, will host students from the former St. Vincent-Euphrasia Elementary School and GBCS.
The following video was created in June 2021 to provide students, staff, families, and the public with a sneak peek of the new GBCS. Further refinements have been made since that time in preparation for the September opening. However, we wanted to share this quick virtual tour to provide a sense of the layout and new learning spaces. Many thanks are extended to Avryl Bender, a former Bluewater District School Board student, who developed this video preview.
