National Custodial Worker’s Recognition Day on October 2 provides us with an opportunity to honour and thank our many wonderful custodial and maintenance staff in Bluewater District School Board.
Every day, our students, staff, and families are positively impacted by the tireless efforts and commitment of these dedicated employees, who are unreservedly crucial to the safety and smooth operation of our learning and working environments. From the daily cleaning and hygiene of our facilities and ongoing upkeep of our properties, to essential maintenance and repairs, room set-up/take-down, and everything in between, the contributions of our custodial and maintenance staff are incalculable and irreplaceable.
