Members of Bluewater District School Board's Learning Services team recently wrapped up a four-session training series aimed at enhancing the knowledge of school team participants using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).

To date, the yearly sessions have supported training for over 200 school team members in the board since rollout in 2016.  The intent of the training series is to share knowledge and experiences, as well as collaborate on best practice strategies in the areas of behaviour, data collection, structured learning, social skills, and regulation.  Sessions were offered both online and in person, concluding with a centre rotation to review material covered, and allow for make and take opportunities.
